First Church is a safe place to bring your questions and curiosities, regardless of your background. You will find a community of people who want to experience God and each other.
How should I dress?
First Church is a "come as you are" church. Casual dress is fine.
What's available for my kids?
We love kids! Our nursery is safe and clean and staffed by loving individuals who will provide exceptional care for your "little ones."
Children are encouraged to come forward for the children's sermon every Sunday. The first Sunday of every month children help gather in a coin “noisy” offering that supports the mission work of our church.
What if I'd like to pray with someone?
There is a group of individuals who will pray with you immediately after the worship service. You can also visit our website and go the "Contact Us" area to fill out an online request or call the church with your request.
What type of music will there be?
Our worship includes both traditional and contemporary music. We have a choir and handbell group that performs regularly as well as a praise group that plays after the regualr service.
Will I be asked to give money?
For new visitors, your presence is a gift to us. We want you to be blessed without feeling any obligation to give.
How long do the worship experiences last?
Our worship experiences will last one hour followed by coffee and fellowship.
